Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

1. Watch Thanksgiving and Christmas movies with my little one: check.
2. Fix a typo in the Eclipse FAQ while working on Android development: check.
3. Turkey dinner with family: next. :}

MS Events Crash Android

I wonder why msevents.microsoft.com consistently forces my Android phone's browser to close.  I just wanted to register for a May 3 webcast on the go. :P

Return to the Moon with NASA

Discovery's space blog recently shared a cool opportunity to return to the Moon with NASA...kinda. I am using it as a virtual family vacation and signed up everyone! ;->  Seriously, though, participating feels a bit like being on the ET end of Contact, which is pretty darn cool.

Happy Birthday, Captain Kirk!

I stopped by IMDB today...just in time to notice that it's William Shatner's 77th birthday. While Star Trek isn't really my thing,... (...more a Next Generation guy, you know?) ;-) ...happy birthday, Captain Kirk!

Halo 3 Launch in Irvine, CA

One last thing before I head to bed.  I'm going to the Halo 3 launch in Irvine next Monday night and think it will be pretty cool.

I don't play video games much anymore (since I lost about a year of saved progress in Gladius on my Xbox), but Halo was incredible; and I have a friend who helped test Halo 3, which personalizes the game for me a bit.

Anyway, I'm excited to go and report what I see!
