Big update, RollerCoin Rollers! RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.7 is out and adds a lot over RCMBTN v0.6:
Dragonroller 16T (at a 50% discount), Retro Night, and CP-106’s Price / Power come out to 1.28, 0.53, and 1.08 respectively. Turning to bonus power, this week's miners provide 1%, 2%, and 0.5% respectively. Overall, so-so. 🤷♂️ No surprise that Retro Night is the best value among this week’s miners by the numbers. 🥱
What about the Lunar New Year Case miners available for a short time? My best estimate (the underpinnings of which you can find in the RCMBTN v0.7 spreadsheet) is that they are very competitive with average Price / Power of 0.4. That is better than the average ROI of the Limited Christmas Case miners (0.42) that were well received recently sold out.
With so many buying opportunities right now my suggestion is to get what you can between the Lunar New Year Case and this week’s miners, prioritizing those that yield the highest ROI. However, Season 3 exclusive miners should definitely be first in line if you haven’t yet bought them and can afford them. Their average ROI is much higher (0.14).
As always, watch for new versions of RCMBTN ahead with more miners, information, and features to fuel informed RollerCoin buying decisions.
RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.6 is available, RollerCoin Rollers! It adds two of the miners in this week's RollerCoin weekly offer that will start shortly on Thursday, 1/27, at 00:00 UTC — Hokusai and JBS-200. Type-Z is part of the weekly offer but was already included in RCMBTN.
Hokusai, Type-Z, and JBS-200’s Price / Power are 0.53, 0.74, and 0.85 respectively. Looking at bonus power, this week's miners provide 2%, 1%, and 0.5% respectively. Overall, eh. 🤷♂️
Hokusai is clearly the standout here by the numbers, and its Japanese design is pretty cool too. 🇯🇵👍
My advice then is mixed. Unless your priority is bonus power from this week’s miners as new unique additions to those you have already collected, I would look elsewhere. For example, focus on the Limited Christmas Case miners and Season 3 exclusive miners (if you can afford them) first. Their (average) ROI is higher (0.42 and 0.14 respectively).
Hokusai is trickier with its stronger numbers, though. If you don’t want to take chances with Limited Christmas Case lootboxes or can’t afford the Season 3 exclusive miners, okay. If you really want Hokusai as a new unique addition to your collection, sure. Otherwise I still advise looking elsewhere for now given other great options. I would personally be surprised if you couldn’t match or do better than Hokusai’s numbers buying five of the remaining Limited Christmas Case lootboxes for the same price.
As usual, watch for new versions of RCMBTN ahead with more miners, information, and features to drive rational RollerCoin buying decisions.
RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.5 is out, RollerCoin Rollers! v0.5 adds the exclusive miner for sale briefly as part of RollerCoin’s 2M Users Event that started today — RollerFamily.
How does the RollerFamily miner’s Price / Power size up? At 0.31 it is very competitive — better than recent weekly offers and the Season 3 Limited Christmas Case lootboxes (0.42 on average); but it falls short of the Season 3 exclusive miners (0.14 on average).
Looking at bonus power, RollerFamily yields 4%. That is pretty high.
My advice then is to buy a RollerFamily miner while you still can if you can afford it; but be sure to get the Season 3 exclusive miners first (especially if you drive the price down through gameplay). Its ROI is good enough that I wish I was in the market to buy one or more. 🤷♂️
As always, look for new versions of RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers ahead with more miners, information, and features to drive objective RollerCoin buying decisions.

Pretty much. 👍 If you can't handle a 20% downturn, you shouldn't even invest in equities. If you can't handle #BTC drawdowns as part of its toddler phase, same. Stick to CDs or something similar to help you and your money sleep. 🤷♂️ https://t.co/ocuOa0f0eb

RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.4 is out, RollerCoin Rollers! v0.4 adds the miners in this week's RollerCoin weekly offer that will start shortly on Thursday, 1/20, at 00:00 UTC — Boneyard, Steamweedle, and Starground.
How do this week's miners’ Price / Power look? They offer much higher Price / Power than prior recent weekly offers (0.36*, 0.42*, and 0.48* respectively). That makes most of them better buys than the Season 3 Limited Christmas Case lootboxes (0.42 on average) but not the Season 3 exclusive miners (0.14 on average).
Looking at bonus power next, this week's miners provide 4%, 3.5%, and 3% bonus power respectively. Those are very strong numbers. And while I remain focused on miners by the numbers, I really dig Boneyard's pumping pistons too. 😁
My advice then is to buy any/all of this week's miners you can afford if you are in the market. Their ROI is good across the board — enough that I definitely wish I was in the market to buy one or more of them. 🤷♂️
As always, look for new versions of RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers ahead with more miners, information, and features to drive optimal RollerCoin buying decisions.
* Correction: I originally indicated Boneyard’s, Steamweedle’s, and Starground’s Price / Power are 0.03, 0.06, and 0.13 respectively due to an oversight in Google Sheets. I have corrected the oversight in Google Sheets and in this post. I don’t intend to repeat the oversight in Google Sheets, but as always, please let me know if any of the metrics in RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers look off so I can correct them ASAP. Thanks.

RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.3 is out, RollerCoin Rollers. It adds the miners in this week's RollerCoin weekly offer that will start shortly on Thursday, 1/13, at 00:00 UTC — Tapeman, JBS-144, and Type-Z.
What Price / Power do the miners offered this week provide? Like we saw with CP-306 last week (0.8), this week's miners (0.78, 0.79, and 0.74* respectively) are better than most other options for your RLT...but don't match the Price / Power you’ll get for the Season 3 exclusive miners (0.14 on average) if you can afford them; and you will again get more for less on average (0.42) if you rather buy the Season 3 Limited Christmas Case lootboxes.
On the other hand, all the miners offered this week yield 1% bonus power. Not too shabby. And while I am focused on miners by the numbers, I love the retro look of Tapeman in particular. 😁
My advice remains the same, though. Unless you want the bonus power from these miners as new unique additions to your collection or have RLT to burn, opt for the Season 3 exclusive miners and Limited Christmas Case miners for now. Their (average) ROI is again higher. 🤷♂️
As before, updated versions of RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers will follow with more miners, information, and features to support smart RollerCoin buying decisions, so come back for updates ahead.
* Correction: I originally indicated Type-Z’s Price / Power is 0.63 due to an oversight in Google Sheets. I have corrected the oversight in Google Sheets and in this post. I don’t intend to repeat the oversight in Google Sheets, but as always, please let me know if any of the metrics in RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers look off so I can correct them ASAP. Thanks.
To follow its first release, I have updated RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers to cover the latest miners offered through RollerCoin's revived weekly offers (which are currently updated every Thursday at 00:00 UTC) — Underwater, Sunset City, and CP-306.
Looking at Price / Power (so just mining power, not bonus power), the latest miners RollerCoin offered are very competitive (0.53, 0.53, and 0.8 respectively). El Monstro (0.9) is the closest value you’ll find among miners currently available in the RollerCoin store — at a much higher cost of 99 RLT. However, the latest miners offered fall way short of the Price / Power you’ll get for the Season 3 exclusive miners (0.14 on average!) if you can afford them; and you will still get more for less on average (0.42) if you buy the Season 3 Limited Christmas Case lootboxes instead.
One counterpoint to consider, though, is these miners' bonus power — 2%, 2%, and 1% respectively. Those are attention-worthy numbers — and guaranteed (vs. chance with a lootbox).
My advice then? Unless your priority is bonus power from these miners as new unique additions to those you have already collected…or you have money to spare, focus on the Season 3 exclusive miners and Limited Christmas Case miners first. Their (average) ROI is simply higher. 🤷♂️
This is now RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.2. As I explained previously, updated versions of the tool will follow with additional information and features to make analysis even more powerful, so be sure to check back for updates!

Meet RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers, a spreadsheet that breaks down what currently available RollerCoin miners cost and offer.
I built this tool because it was the only rational way I could see to decide what RollerCoin miners to buy to make the most of my budget. Call me a Roller geek. 😁
All included information is publicly available on RollerCoin and current as of publication (mid-Season 3):
I am pretty meticulous as a software developer by trade and have tried to be 100% accurate, but any inaccuracies are unintended and my own. Please comment if you notice any, and I will correct them. Same with calculated values based on the publicly available information.
It could be helpful to include additional miners (e.g. older miners you can merge, miners that are briefly available in RollerCoin's revived weekly offers), so I am considering whether and how to best account for them. For now you can quickly run numbers for other miners and compare them to those in the tool to get an idea of their relative ROI.
This is RollerCoin Miners By The Numbers v0.1. Updated versions of the tool will follow with additional information and features to make analysis even more powerful (already in the works), so be sure to check back for updates as I release them!
Hopefully ye Rollers find this useful for planning your ascension to RollerCoin greatness!
